Install the MediaCell+ App

What happens next?

Step 1: The App will ask you for an activation code. This will be sent to you in an SMS. Just click the code in the SMS, or copy and paste it, to activate the MediaCell+ app. Then just accept all the prompts and the app will register itself with the inCompass Panel, which can take up to 30 minutes to complete.

Step 2: If you told us about other devices you use (e.g. a tablet, laptop, etc.), in the next few days we will send you another email. This will have instructions on how to download another app (the “inCompass app”). This collects which websites and apps you use on those other devices. As a thank you for carrying your smartphone with the MediaCell+ App and keeping the inCompass app installed on your other devices you will receive a £10 online voucher for every month you take part!

When will I receive my online vouchers?

After your first month on the panel, assuming you have installed MediaCell+ App on your smartphone and inCompass on your other devices, you will receive your £20 online vouchers. You will then receive £10 for every month that you keep the apps installed and running. If we do not receive any data during a full month then the £10 may be withheld for that month.

Your monthly online vouchers will be emailed to you in the first week of each new month. Your first payment will depend on when you complete the installation on your devices. If you are fully installed before the 21st of the month, then you will be included in that month, after the 21st means you will receive your vouchers after 1 full calendar month. Please note that you will receive an Amazon voucher by default. If you would prefer to receive a Marks & Spencer voucher then please contact our helpdesk as shown in the details below. The vouchers can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
